GI (region where grapes sourced): Eden Valley (Barossa)
Colour: Pale straw, with green hues.
Aroma: Lifted aromas of white flowers, citrus blossum and lime zest.
Palate: Intense flavours of kaffir lime leaf and preserved lemon are complemented by beautifully balanced citrus like acidity, showing hints of minerality, leading to a long, clean finish.

Variety: 100% Riesling
Maturation: 100% stainless steel fermentation and maturation before being bottled post vintage

Fruit was sourced from the beautiful Eden Valley. Harvested during the cool of night before being crushed and left on skins for 3-4 hours to extract more flavour. The juice was then pressed away from the skins and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain the purity of fruit. Following fermentation, the wine was blended and bottled immediately post vintage to ensure freshness.
